Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, exchange or store credit.
To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@kalinacollections.com. If your exchange is accepted, we will tell you where to send your package - exchanges/store credit returns are the customers expense. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
* Kalina Collections has the right to refuse return if product appears to be damaged from customer's lack of care or improper use.
**Shipping fees will not be refunded/issued for an exchange unless the mistake was made from our end or the product is faulty due to factory malfunctions.
If you are unsure if your return will be accepted please email info@kalinacollections.com with the reason for your return/exchange and any pictures that can help us best determine if they are suit for return.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Kalina products can not be returned in abnormal condition:
Spills
Shrinkage
Excessive wear
Rips (anywhere other than in the seams we will deem as the customers fault).
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your store credit return/exchange, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically issued your refund, exchange or store credit in the form of a gift card.
